Mud Therapy
Mud therapy is refreshing, invigorating, and vitalizing. This provides coolness as well as absorbs toxic substances from the body. When mud pack applied over the body for 20-30 minutes, gives reliefs from indigestion, effective in decreasing intestinal heat and stimulates .Mud being a black colour absorbs all the colours of the Sun and conveys to the body.
Yoga
Physical benefits of yoga include ,Improves your flexibility, Builds muscle strength,Perfects your posture, Prevents cartilage and joint breakdown. Each time you practice yoga, you take your joints through their full range of motion. Protects your Spinal disks shock absorbers between the vertebrae that can herniate and compress nerves.
Massage
Massage activates blood circulation and strengthens the body organs. Massage is useful High or Low blood pressure, Joint disorders, Paralysis, Depression, Weakness, Indigestion and Obesity,Localized or generalized painful conditions are also getting relieved from masso therapy.Massage with mustard oil, sesame oil, coconut oil, olive oil, aroma oils etc.

ACHIEVEMENTS
On 6th May 2017,I had been to COSMIC NATUROPATHY WELLNESS CENTER.Opposite Jubilee Mission Hospital 4th Gate,Thottathil lane,Tsr 5. For my high level Sugar Complaint and followed Complications there on. With in no days, I could see a speedy recovery from all these complaints. Now I am on the lookout of full recovery without medicines, insulin injection & all that in a couple of days. The treatment brought me many unknown facts regarding my disease. This is because my doctors and others have lovingly treated me day in, day out. Their knowledge on the subject of treatment is abundant. Words fail to express my deep sense of thanks and obligations for them in this regard. I wish them all success. More than any other systems in the treatment for sick, COSMIC NATUROPATHY AND YOGA WELLNESS CENTER said above will be a name and a fame to treat one and all to bring him back to his real life of good health and life long enjoyment. In the nearest future, people will rush to this Naturopathy Center for treatment, who might have by the time injured a lot from unaffordable costly spending on other systems of treatments.
